Kirkcaldy is within easy reach of Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Dunfermline, as well as all of Fife.

By car the journey can be made in under an hour, even from Edinburgh and Perth. Take the A92 to the junction for Kirkcaldy West and follow the signs for the town centre. On reaching the main roundabout at the edge of the town continue straight on, passing the train station (the road bends round to the right here) and turning left onto Abbotshall Road by the nearby railway bridge. Continue straight on onto St Brycedale Avenue at the next roundabout, taking the 2nd turning on the right onto Kirk Wynd. Reasonably priced ticketed car parking is available on Hunter street, which is next on the right.

Regular train services run from Dundee and Dunfermline (40 minutes or less) and Edinburgh. There are also plenty of local bus services from the surrounding area. Both bus and train stations are within easy walking distance of LJM.
